Advertising

Rates:

Navigation Bar Inserts

• $5/mo to appear site-wide
• Inserts appear in the "Classified" section of the Navigation bar.

Right Bar Ads

• $2/mo per 150x100px block for advertisement on genre and article pages.
• $1/mo extra per 150x100px block to appear on cover page also.
• Ads appear above other Right Bar content.

Ad Design

• Advertisers may supply their own images or have an ad custom designed for an extra charge.
• Images supplied by advertisers should be in .jpg or .gif format and should not exceed 10kb per block of space (ie, a 150x100 ad should have a file size of 10kb or less, whereas a 150x300 block has an acceptable allowance of 30kb).
• Basic text on a plain background can be composed at no extra charge. (Text of uniform font size, with one main line larger.)
• Custom ads including graphics and logos can be designed at the rate of $10/per ad block size and includes 2 proofs. Advertisers may supply their own logos and images for use in this process.
• Sample custom ads appear at right.
• Flash, java script, etc. These options are available in advertiser-supplied material on a case-by-case basis at no extra charge. These options are not currently available in custom ads. Please inquire further if you have special scripting you wish to run with your ads.

Payment methods:

We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. We also can accept checks via postal mail, however they must be in USD and your account will not be activated until the check clears. We do not accept cash or money orders.
