See, the scenario was that you go to make an in-home visit, and the client answers the door wearing nothing but a tee. Then this very awesome, very well meaning, very bubbly social worker suggested, "Well, someone should explain that it's not very safe for him to do that!" That's the point at which I lost it. And they keep sending me to these conferences...
