The Ramapo River at the South Mountain Reservation. The reservation is settled in one of the busiest parts of New Jersey [USA] and in that respect is easy to get to. I note however that I was never really out of earshot of traffic of some sort. This made it a nice place for a quick hike on a weekend, but if you want to get away from the city, you could do better. As the picture shows, it was however quite beautiful.
