Lost in Its Warmth

By Daniel Ajayi

Lost in Its Warmth

Lost in its warmth
The very crane that took me to my desire
To make the perfect chemistry ever
Or would physics do the job where loopholes stands
Like the suffering of the poor, they also want cure
Just to be healthy, heading towards their dreams
Would such life exist in my time?

In such havoc, trying to gather the little happiness
Happiness that will make our life eternal within,
And secure padlock to seal that critics and condemnation
Not as the wise would say when blind, but;
The ocean I had swam red
It's telling me danger zone, I can't go backward like penguins
All I see is the heat that surrounds my arteries

First, I swam in, like going for my first date
Second, it was the ocean, the sharks that kept track of me
Third, I'm wandering about the lots that pave way
But lost in thought
Lost in its warmth
