How many words can you think of
to describe yourself?
Those you'd like to have printed on a T-shirt,
to proclaim yourself as being?
Those you'd rather hide in box,
and bury it somewhere in the back yard?

Are there any that cause you discomfort,
but you really don't know why?
Odd, isn't it?
You know your nature and motivations,
so why should what others think matter?
Yet it does -- deeply,
but why?

Answer that and watch yourself
adding new words to the list.
and crossing out,
more than a few others.
