Today's Mirror in Time Measurement

Today's Mirror in Time Measurement

Had yesterday sought today’s remark,
Queries upon the sun that zoomed off for night,
The flight of airplanes in the sky,
Elegant birds in style, the winds, the plight, the faith.
Had the dawn refused to welcome the moon,
Embraced the stars, and silence of nature,
Beseeched why and how before abiding by it.
Had nature not braced the day,
Painted the walls of a whole space,
Created anonymous art that trends fast,
Erased, ceased, and restrained, a day before yesterday’s way.
Today would have waited for tomorrow’s phase to
Begin the race, before settling for the day’s pace.
