Greedily drinking the COOL-aid flavor of the day,

    the moment.
Running around dazed and confused,
Checking the latest twitterX muse
Constantly encouraging you to sing the latest blues labeled
“Wannabe
Wannabe
Wannabe
Anybody but me!”
Trash piled in heaps where those people sleep
looking for scraps to eat
while paying homage at a statue’s feet.
They call this living?
Can’t get with it
So, I took back my life and quit!
Quit comparing
Quit starring
Quit owning
Quit jonesin’ for
Everybody’s flood but my own
