planning our own
rock and roll adventure

Playing guitars
in the art gallery
instead of going to class

Writing songs
at first terrible
but later stronger
as we found our voices

I sometimes think about
the laughter and the tears
the triumphs and the failures
the joy and the anger

It was hard
but never boring
and I never knew
I missed you
