Cultural Exchange

We tried to introduce Shakespeare
to the people of Aleon
but our greatest poet and playwright
was clearly beyond their comprehension.

But, then again, they made an attempt
to familiarize the Earth populace
with the wonders of Xanthelecius
and there was head-shaking all around.

So we put our books aside
and went to war.
How else could we agree to disagree?
