About Tedi Trindle
Tedi Trindle is a freelance writer with over three hundred published articles to her credit. Her main claim to fame is the ability to produce an opinion in three seconds flat and get nine column inches out of it, also affectionately known as a "Teditorial". This ability accorded her minor celebrity status in her former hometown of Salisbury, NC. It was there that she served for three years as the Sunday opinion columnist for The Salisbury Post, an award-winning, mid-sized daily.
She also served as assistant editor and staff writer for the now-defunct North Carolina monthly magazine "American Lifestyles". (And, no, it's not her fault it's defunct.) In addition to her role as copy editor at the magazine, she also wrote profiles of local celebrities and the citizen-of-the-month column. These assignments allowed her to indulge in her second-favorite pastime, networking. She is on a first name basis with half of the western world. The other half doesn't know what they're missing.
Writing full-time has always been her dream, and someday, she'll actually wake up and do it, instead of continuing to hit the "snooze" button. She even has some academic credits to her name. She graduated summa cum laude from Michigan State University with a Bachelor's degree in English. She is a member of two national honor societies. And she has read a lot of books.
Tedi now resides in historic Williamsburg, Virginia with her husband, the esteemed Piker Press writer, John Trindle, author of the serialized fiction piece "Victory Highway", in which Tedi is immediately killed off. (Dr. Freud, where are you when we need you?) She is also the proud mother of three fine young adults, two dogs, and two cats. In her free time, which is abundant, she serves as a beer taster for all the finest breweries and sometimes waters her garden.
