A Crude Closure of Civil Liberties

It defends freedom of expression
in Section 61. Not the suppression
of the media. That’s the constitution.
Anything else is reeking terrorization.

It protects freedom of speech, media,
and artistic expression. Not a man’s mania.
Right to hold, express ideas, opinions and facts.
How can exercising this constitute criminal acts?
