Why am I not pulled back
down to earth? Dante asked.

You answered,
the flame of fire moves upward
but earth or soil falls downward
you are a body no longer
you are a soul, a spirit
flying up to the celestial sphere.

O Dante's muse, you haven't heard
of the modern science:
the bigger object, the greater force
to thrust a spacecraft.

god or nature is an unexplainable nature?
heaven and nature exist
beyond human comprehension?
