Staying In Again

Tonight with the world at my feet I
Shall sit and remain here writing these
Words as the wind and rain blow all
About outside whilst I have work
Tomorrow and then a blessed week off
When I might get round to this a bit
More or I may reacquaint myself with
All those lovely bars that sit outside
This room waiting for me to squander
My £££ on their drinks as my eyes
Go XXX over the barmaid serving me.
