I Dug My Shrine

"...The world was a cage of sunshine and moonrise..."

I Dug My Shrine

I dug my shrine
To lie in peace.
Will the society
Make it any easier?
The weeping and
Goodbyes
Weren't departure music.
I longed to be departed well
I have done my time,
I want to celebrate my freedom.
Death has set me free
The world was a cage of sunshine
And moonrise,
Cage of today and tomorrow,
The weeping yesterdays
Could not flower
A better tomorrow.
I change my name
To touch the earth
And lay again to be grounded
I wish to sprout
To ask a better departure tunes
From the society.
