Don't Make Me Stand

"My knee aches with age..."

Don't Make Me Stand

My knee aches with age this
Gentle Thursday before the
Madness of work comes to
Ruin another weekend starting
On Friday and all I can hope
Is tomorrow ain’t going to be
One wasted killing time on
The checkout of doom as
My knee aches most
When my leg is straight and all
I can say is standing up all
Day ain’t going to be any
Good for something like that.
