Joint Ends

"...my ashtray is verging on the overflowing..."

Joint Ends

As another joint goes down
I notice my ashtray is verging
On the overflowing but I can’t,
I just can’t bring myself to bin
Them as in a couple of days
I’ll be running low and scraping
At roach ends to devour any
Loose left-over wastage that
May have been missed the
First time around all so I don’t
Have to call ‘the man’.
