A Life By the Sea for Me

On cloudless blue sky days I’ll now
Pause and look out as I walk on down
To work. I’ll look out at the
Sea and then up at the sun and realise that
When they work its like nothing else in
The world. I’ll let my gaze wander
Out to the horizon as it tantalises with
Dreams of lives that exist beyond that
Beautiful sight and I know that
Somehow, wherever it is I go, it’s
Always going to be a life by the sea for me.
