In the future,

AI might replace us all,
we might live to be five hundred,
and we might spend our days
binge watching history
in old sitcoms,
but I’m sure there’ll be more poets,
even though there might be less
to write about,
because feelings will become
the new currency in a world
where we might have everything,
only for it to feel a lot like nothing.
