Eyes of Love
I open the true windows of the soul
To see you as you are meant to be seen.
As the eyes drink in, the lips will extol
The virtues, the beauty, of one so serene
Kindness in your eyes cannot be denied,
Such deep limpid pools! I could drown in such!
Your smile, in my soul, does always reside,
An alluring curve with a tender touch
Though your fair is of a discrete season,
Differing from the normal changing course,
To close the windows, there is no reason,
For doing so would cause immense remorse
My eyes always find you pleasing to see,
My eyes always find you pleasing to me!
To see you as you are meant to be seen.
As the eyes drink in, the lips will extol
The virtues, the beauty, of one so serene
Kindness in your eyes cannot be denied,
Such deep limpid pools! I could drown in such!
Your smile, in my soul, does always reside,
An alluring curve with a tender touch
Though your fair is of a discrete season,
Differing from the normal changing course,
To close the windows, there is no reason,
For doing so would cause immense remorse
My eyes always find you pleasing to see,
My eyes always find you pleasing to me!
