Equilibrium

The outside does not equal the inside.
There is always room for adjustment, a
belief here, an opinion or two there.

I act. Reactions escape me and the
pressure equalises but Heisenberg,
my nemesis, will not let things rest there.

My accomplishments fail to live up to
my hopes and so fine-tuning is required.
I lower my standards and start again.
