A Sigh of Peace in the Rubble

"...life’s flower spirals..."

A Sigh of Peace in the Rubble

A scene of shifting patterns

the shadows split in fragments
order spitting out fractal diamonds

triangles pierce the mundane
life’s flower spirals

kiss the webbing as it unravels
say hello to zero-point graduation

A second breath at middle age

whipped by wind and free association
every line ekphrastic in reflection

compass light urges will over horizon
the heat of nature’s yearning dance

taste the sorrow as it’s fully digested
wave farewell to the hollow realms
