Scriptapalooza Screenwriting Competition
This contest is open to any writer, 18 years of age or older, with an unpublished script from any genre. Supported by the Writer's Guild of American and sponsored by the Write Brothers, this annual contest is judged by over 50 production companies.
The regular deadline is March 4 and the late deadline is April 15. The contest fee is $45 with the regular deadline and $50 if submitting by the late deadline.
First Prize: $10,000 and software from the Write Brothers Second Prize, Third Prize, plus 10 Runner's Up will receive software packages from Write Brothers.
The top 13 scripts, plus other high-ranking entries, will be considered by publication companies and literary representatives.
