Three Japan Poems

By Terri Edwards

Tokyo Skies

Red sky at night
Fisherman's delight
Red sky in the morning
Chemical pollutant haze

Daimine Forest Haiku

Silent deep green midnight
Ghost of a path before me
Silvering my feet

Isshiki Beach Haiku

Milk-white waves ripple
And finger the sand
A brief caress, and they're gone
