SekaC, Will You Stop?

"...whether her calling him a mole made him one..."

SekaC , Will You Stop!

He told me she told him
He was a mole with a snout --
After finding him running offside
As if that were not bad enough
He told me she spanked him hard
In the nose, and bled a like dying cock

I asked him whether moles do not
Have snouts anyway and whether
Her calling him a mole made him one
Or why he could not accept he was offside!
SekaC said her devastating smack drove
Him to call her a big bad-tempered shrew

I paused and pondered for a while
Then I told him I had not heard of a shrew
That was not bad-tempered or aggressively
Assertive, he said his former wife was a virago,
An ill-tempered scolding fishwife, a -- then I roared
"Stop, you lived with her for fifteen years, remember!"
