Mouths and Teeth

Mouths speak such nonsense.
Could the teeth be speaking?
Could the teeth be biting on a tongue as they are speaking?
Could the teeth be falling down
the throat as they are speaking?
Could the teeth be biting down
on the heart as they are speaking?

Where is the tooth fairy in all of this?
Should it not come out of hiding and
inspect that mouth for false teeth?
Should it tear out those teeth that
spread nonsense and falsehoods?
Should new teeth be coming in that speak in much kinder tones?
Should new teeth make a difference?
