Personal Eureka

"...and the thunder that rolls in a bed of clouds..."

Personal Eureka

When I discover
what has already
been found
by many
to me it will be
completely new
like just about everything
to a baby
but I am no longer
wet behind the ears
I hear
the bell
that tolls
and the thunder
that rolls
in a bed of clouds
and right now
I am likening
the lightning
to having breakfast
before the electric chair
look, everybody has their
last meal
just like every poem
has one final sentence
that's the plea deal
