The Prophet of Sorrows

"...waiting for the woman with a yellow umbrella, to dance with me..."

The Prophet of Sorrows

Whenever it rains in darkness
I feel wonderful as if I'm in love
waiting for the woman with a
yellow umbrella, to dance with me

As it rains more, I feel that I should
be the prophet of sorrows, simply
-- because I cannot be the god of any
matter, or angel with a faithful heart

I fear nobody but my worries that my
miseries wake up in the middle of a
sweet dream, I am tired of being the
only man to cry hopelessly all the time

I wish if my smile can teach my spirit
-- to move forward, and shut the doors of
the past, instead of leaving me alone
next to the drunk comedian in the bar of lies
