"...why dreams unearth truth in sepia...

Sepia Truth

The late afternoon sun
smiles in sepia
Dunno why dreams unearth
truth in sepia
What was uttered failed
miserably due to the blinding,
arrogant sun at midday.
Wonder how everything is exposed
in mild sepia, in a trance
My friends watch from a distance
with disbelief in their eyes

Repentant truths came out
in mild sepia,
I hardly imagined
