"...toward a smooth ending on the tarmac of dreams..."

Atlanta to Destiny

my ears just popped at
8000 feet above
ground, and 18 minutes
out from
Destiny and
falling fast, last will and
testament pending
toward a smooth ending
on the tarmac of dreams
below cotton batting
clouds, the plane moving
inexorable as fate to the
point of debarkation.
