Blameless

"I don't blame you for leaving ..."

Blameless

I don't blame you for leaving
For running out on me
I gave you every reason
To lose your trust in me
But now I stand before you
and I hope that you'll see
That I'm not the man I was
I don't blame you for leaving
But I can't live without your love

I never wanted to hurt you
I never meant to make you cry
I know you said I'm not worthy
Please let me give it one more try
Just let me prove it to you
before you say we're through
I know I'll change your mind
I don't blame you for leaving
But our love again I know we'll find
