we can have better

"...i will never stop fighting for the world i have seen in my dreams..."

we can have better

i am feminine not fragile,
knew that a dress never
prevented me from being
fierce or strong;
don't need to being wearing
a pair of pants and sneakers
to kick your butt can do that
wearing anything --
i tire of people thinking feminine
means weakness
or fragility because some of the
strongest people i have known
are women, and some of the
weakest have been men;
i tire of people and their superority
complexes thinking they have
any right to tell people who and what
they should be --
i am feminine not fragile,
and i will never stop fighting for the
world i have seen in my dreams
because i know we can have better than
what we have now.
