Ages ago a star crossed
My path

Days and nights, nights
And days ...

The light of the star
Travelled light years ...

I wait in vain for
The light to reach me ...

Ages ago a meteor
Crossed my path

Star-struck I watched
In awe

The fading desire of
Our times

Today I wait with
All eagerness for
The light to arrive!

Time changes side
Memories crawl in
The graves of time
And I change hues
So as not to succumb
To unholy desire

And

I wait for the light!
