Grown Up

I'm no longer pleasing anyone.
I will respect my own feelings.
Why always being reasonable,
if your emotions are in danger.
And no more self-humiliation meanings,
not hurting others by not hurting myself first.
I've grown up perhaps much later,
I had to learn so much through pain ...
Now everything I've learned is gained.
