Sleep,

"...you told your neighbour..."

Sleep,

broken as a plate
you told your neighbour
you dropped on the floor
by accident,
when really, you threw it
against the wall
as hard as you could,
yet you're left feeling
like you missed
whatever it was you aimed for.
