Set in Motion

"...as though I know how to go forward..."

Set in Motion

She told him
I was a bulldozer
as though it was
an insult but

it prompted me to
buy a tiny metal dozer
to remind myself
I can lift loads
move earth
a little bit of heaven

as though I know
how to go forward

as though

I know how to
break through
boulders of
wasted time

I can take her
tainted landfill

fill a hole
in my
foundation
