Sunset Haiku

"...lit by the sun’s final rays..."

Sunset Haiku

The evening gathers,
while sparrows and thrushes flit
through the neighborhood.

Tall oak trees in bloom
lit by the sun’s final rays,
breaking the west sky.

Red cherry blossoms
swirl to the ground in the breeze,
rolling through the dusk.
