A Trail of Loot and Soot

"...Can crude chaos be noblest?..."

A Trail of Loot and Soot

Think of raging, fooling fires
that are ignited through wires
remote, wily and decorated.
It's all coordinated, calibrated.

Was their young teacher right?
Not everything from the West
is higher or holier as we delight
in it. Can crude chaos be noblest?

A clean playbook of messies
can act as if to de-escalate.
It's a game of mercenary mercies!
A beautiful blueprint to exploit.

Africa, incinerated, incarcerated
by fooling firefighters that loot.
Messianic pranks are exonerated!
They hype, sow, and sell her soot.
