whatsoever may do, betrayer

"...give me your heart so I may eat it..."

whatsoever may do, betrayer

whatsoever may do, betrayer
trouble me with your heart
give me your heart
so I may eat it
and know your taste

give me your heart so I may eat it
in the silence of your words
in the stumble of your step
let me know how you meant it
what was your wish

give it to me so I can taste it
the sour meal
the bile and the brain
of your mistake
so I can know it too
in the strain of your body
