Action

"...hit me all the way down the street..."

Action

I went over to her house

and
--
I said

and nothing,
her father came out with a
curling broom and hit me
all the way down
the street.

So you got some action,

I said.

Yeah, from her father,
what is wrong with you?

There was a lot wrong with me.
Even at that age.
But he didn't need to know
about that.

She told all her friends about it
and he switched schools.

And I kept toilet papering cars
because the Egyptians
had the mummy.
