You and Butterfly

"...whispered in my ears the lines rose told it..."

You and Butterfly

One night I dreamt
Of a butterfly that
Sat on a yellow
Marigold flower
And turned red
Before it flew and
Sat on a red rose.

The rose told the
Butterfly a poetry
And it flew to me
And whispered
In my ears the
Lines rose told it.

When I woke up
The marigold turned
Red and the rose yellow
And I could only remember
Your face on which the
Butterfly sat!
