Neitzsche

"...the "Argonaut of the Spirit" had no more to say..."

Neitzsche

Neitzsche's sister and mother hid
him away on the 2nd floor
behind his mustache and
the vines of a veranda
he walked
spouting gibberish
until the day he became silent --
the "Argonaut of the Spirit" had no more
to say, or else unable to
and nothing left to do
either
except ascend to
Vahalla where there are no anti-Semites,
like his sister, and
no Germans either, like the Wagners
only Europeans, like
himself, souls
in sync, and
human, all too human.
