The Grain Song

"...Words can reach a fever pitch in a brain!..."

The Grain Song

Lorraine, here's the domain of words slain,
I'm here to entertain, attain, not to feign!
Hop onto the train, you won't sing in vain,
Words can reach a fever pitch in a brain!
In another twist of drama, let me explain,
Grain, you remain her main food and gain
in spite of others' disdain, sprain and pain,
She doesn't consider you as a stain or a chain,
I see her pound you grain, again and again like rain,
What a drain, yet she doesn't refrain or complain.
