Ajanta Paul

Ajanta Paul is a widely-published poet, short story writer and critic from Kolkata, India who has been in academia for ages and has returned to her first love -- writing. She did her PhD in English from Jadavpur University in the 1990s and is currently working at Women's Christian College, Kolkata.

She is a Pushcart nominee who has published her poems and short stories in various reputed Indian, American and Canadian online literary journals in addition to print media including The Statesman, The Economic Times and

Youth Times. Dr. Paul's poems have appeared in various national and international anthologies of poetry.
