Micki Morency is a Haitian-American, born in Port-au-prince Haiti. She grew up with six siblings in a very close knit family. She came to the US in 1973 with her family and settled in Massachusetts, graduating from Northeastern University with a BS in Finance in 1981. For many years, she worked as a Bank Auditor, before finding her calling as an advocate for the elderly, the young and the disabled.
