Den of Hash (Projected Futures)

"...to skip and dance past Herculean challenges that arise..."

Den of Hash (Projected Futures)

I’m learning to clear
the cobwebs
and loosen aching backs
without pissing
in a bucket

I’m hacking into the galactic code
with God’s fine tuning
laying out the blueprints
to suck it all up
without feeling
lousy in the soft spots

I’m trusting in the process
of making peace
with the haunting echo
sounding back in entropy
closer to Chronos’ annihilating bliss

I’m keeping my head up
on a swivel
to skip and dance
past Herculean challenges that arise
from out the belching
blacklight

I’m remembering the mind
I once had
before wires were scrambled
and thanking heaven
that it still has
enough sparks left
to reach my destination
