Contests: Annie Dillard Award

Now through March 15, 2005, enter your unpublished essays of 8,000 words or less in the Annie Dillard Award in Creative Nonfiction. Sounds like a great place to enter those golden NaNoWriMo segments.

Annie Dillard Award in Creative Nonfiction

This contest, one of three annual contests sponsored by the Bellingham Review, is offered for unpublished essays on any subject and in any style.

The entry fee is $15 for the first entry and $10 for each additional entry. Everyone entering the contest will receive two free issues of the Bellingham Review. Entries must be postmarked between December 1, 2004, and March 15, 2005. The maximum length is 8,000 words.

First prize is $1000. First place winners will be published in Bellingham Review. Second and third place winners along with other finalists may be considered for possible publication.
