I was busy this weekend running the intro to D20 RPGs sessions at Kubla Con in Burlingame, CA. Loads of fun. Most memorable moment, a battle with a cockatrice. One of the player characters actually had "Knowledge: farming" as a skill on their character sheet. I allowed the roll. They failed miserably, leading to my new favorite quote:
"Yep. Chicken's a-comin."
You non-gamer people with your "Clay Akin moments" don't know what you're missing.
Those of you who have been voting daily are flat out awesome, but I'm very grateful for anyone who's clicked the button. Sadly, the webcomic place that allowed the "extras" to check back for when voting seems to be kaput. I'm a little bummed.
